1. Place on Your Bed or Resting Spot
Place the blanket wherever you will use it the most to guarantee consistent use

2. Connect the Grounding Cord
Attach one end of the cord to the snap located on the edge of the sheet.

3. Plug Into a Grounded Outlet
Insert the prong end of the cord into a properly grounded wall outlet using the included safety adapter.
Tip: Use a socket tester (optional) to ensure your outlet is properly grounded.

4. Make Direct Contact
For best results, try to use for periods longer than 60 minutes adapting to your routine like taking a nap ensuring direct contact
