Eligibility for Returns

  • Bedsheets can only be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging for sanitary reasons.
  • Mats and other products apart from bedsheets can be tested and returned within the 30-day trial period.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please submit a request through our return portal.
  2. Once we receive the return package tracking number we will start the process for a complete refund

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. If a return is lost in transit without tracking, we cannot guarantee a refund.
  • A return shipping fee may be applied if the package arrives without tracking.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

We stand by our products with a 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee covering defects or issues that affect conductivity and grounding.
