If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.

Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.

To be eligible for a return, goods must be in good conditions, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For returns, please contact us with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

Please make sure to provide the tracking number and photo of the package in order to track your return ( fee may be applied if package arrives without tracking information)

Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items if there is no damage or miss order.

When returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Manufacturer 1 year guarantee covers any damage on the products offering two solutions:

The customer must send an email to sales@grooniearthing.com with the subject line "product guarantee" and provide valid proof of the damaged products.
The team will review each case within 48 hours
Note: To be eligible for a refund or replacement the product must be considered as damaged, meaning that it does not longer provides conductivity or grounding.
