2. Connect the Grounding Cord
Attach one end of the cord to the snap located on the edge of the sheet.

 

3. Plug Into a Grounded Outlet
Insert the prong end of the cord into a properly grounded wall outlet using the included safety adapter.
Tip: Use a socket tester (optional) to ensure your outlet is properly grounded.

 

4. Make Direct Contact (Optional)
For best results, sleep directly on the sheet or use a thin, natural fiber sheet over it—grounding still works through materials like cotton.
