I started using this mat last week for my hip pain and its been amazing. After just 2 days my pain level went down from 10 to almost non, im very pleased to have found this mat.

Wow...I am sleeping amazing since I got our sheets. I didn't tell my husband that I bought them and he commented after the 1st night how well rested he feels. I wanted to give it a week to make my final choice, if it was placebo effect or the grounding sheets. I can say it is the grounding sheets.

Hi everyone, i'm now experiencing the quality of sleep in the grooni bed sheet since now 2 weeks, and i need to be very honest, but it has totally changed the deepnest of my sleep.

I can’t say for sure that the grounding mat works, but I’ve been consistently sleeping better since I started using it - until the night before last when I forgot to plug it in. Plugged it in last night and only woke up once. I’ll keep using it.

I have arthritis in my hips and sitting on this helps with my pain also love the feature that helps you get to sleep at night I find I am having less anxiety and depression very happy with my purchase

A friend recommended this mat and I must say it is a life changer. I am sleeping better than ever as after just a couple of days my chronic pain has gone down significantly. During sessions I can feel a warm feeling as the body charges itself like the feeling you get by being under the sun on the beach. This has been a great purchase and cant recommend it enough.

Okay so I can’t be a thousand % sure but being honest guys I’m leaning more towards it has made a difference because as a overweight man with Arthritis at night the pain is unbearable and since having this thing I’ve noticed that there is no pain at night and I’m simply waking up in the morning pain free. So yeah something is very very different guys lol
