Lay the mat ion the floor at feet level or at your desk, wherever you can have direct skin contact.

Step 2: Test the Outlet

Step 3: Connect the Grounding Cord
Plug one end of the grounding cord into the grounded outlet and attach the other end securely to the mat’s connector port.

Step 4: Ground
