I've been wearing these shoes for over a year including a 2 month trip to New Zealand. With my bone on bone knees I can walk pretty close to normal wearing these. I was about 6 weeks away from getting a right knee replacement when I started doing some simple physical therapy exercises and also wearing these shoes. Between the two of these interventions I was able to avoid the knee replacement and can walk 5 miles or so if needed without any issues. Heading to Scotland soon and will do lots of walking. These will be my daily shoes. I do have a different brand of grounded trail shoe which I'll swap in from time to time. They don't seem to work as well as these. though. The only issue is these aren't waterproof though I have sealed them with a waterproof treatment.

Since buying this mat 2 weeks ago I have not had one migraine (which I usually have one per week), my aches are less and I am sleeping more soundly. I’m a massage therapist my body hurts and my hands have taken a beating. I’ve had sleep issues for well over 20 years of not being able to sleep through the night and I actually do now. I wake up once but go back to sleep rather quickly. Worth the money, easy to wash. I wish I would have done this years ago.
