I heard a friend talking about this and decided to give it a try as ive been sleeping no more than 5 hours for almost a year. Long story short, after the first day I used it for just 20 minutes I felt a great deal of relaxation and rested like I havent rested in years. This mat is magic.

The first night I felt tingling in my hands and a good deal of warmth throughout my body for four or five nights. Now that it's been nearly two weeks no more tingling nor warmth but my body feels much better. I unplug whenever there's a storm. Wouldn't trade it for the world!

I have a nice pad on my bed . The first few days I felt tingly in my legs. I haven't experienced any great changes but I read it takes time fir some. I have noticed a little improvement in some knee pain during the day. I still have pain at night.

I can’t say for sure that the grounding mat works, but I’ve been consistently sleeping better since I started using it - until the night before last when I forgot to plug it in. Plugged it in last night and only woke up once. I’ll keep using it.

I have arthritis in my hips and sitting on this helps with my pain also love the feature that helps you get to sleep at night I find I am having less anxiety and depression very happy with my purchase

A friend recommended this mat and I must say it is a life changer. I am sleeping better than ever as after just a couple of days my chronic pain has gone down significantly.
