Step 1: Position the Mat
Lay the mat ion the floor at feet level or at your desk, wherever you can have direct skin contact.

Step 2: Test the Outlet
Use the included outlet tester to verify your wall outlet is properly grounded—this is essential for effective grounding.

Step 3: Connect the Grounding Cord
Plug one end of the grounding cord into the grounded outlet and attach the other end securely to the mat’s connector port.

Step 4: Ground
Once connected, your mat will begin delivering grounding benefits—just lie down and relax as your body reconnects with the earth’s natural energy.
